1. Egg

Eggs are an excellent food to eat every day and always in moderation as they are rich in protein and B vitamins which help to nourish your muscles and are also great for your joints and eyes.
You can eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner and there are so many ways to prepare them that you are bound to find a recipe to suit your taste. It’s a good compromise for your taste buds and your health!

Avocados contain good nutrients which make them a superfood. Avocados contain good fats that help to improve general health, but especially that of the heart and grey cells. It is therefore a perfect food to be consumed in moderation, but one that you can afford at least once a day, and you don’t have to wait for it, it is delicious!
