The world’s biggest club , the mythical Real Madrid , has made an offer of 160 million euros ($188 million) for Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé, European media reported Tuesday. It is common in the world of professional soccer to start with an offer in order to sound out the possible “selling” club.

What is more annoying for Kylian Mbappe is the firm position of his president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, who refuses to transfer him.
Kylian Mbappe wants to leave PSG and he wants to join Real Madrid and this, for several seasons.

Can we retain a player against his will? The game of arm wrestling can begin but what is the President of PSG looking for?  The player does not want to extend and he will be free in June 2022, the loss for PSG could be huge.

Is that the president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has the means of his ambitions which is to keep his player against his will, has each time that this kind of situation occurred in the past, the financial, sporting and psychological results were catastrophic.

Just look at the case of Cristiano Ronaldo who was at Manchester United and that the club did not want to sell to Real Madrid.
After an epic battle, FIFA had to get involved after Ronaldo declared that he was not a slave, and following this declaration, the transfer to Real Madrid was approved.

In 2006, it is another iron which defrays the chronicle of the transfers with Diarra of Lyon and a Jean-Michel Aulas who declares his player intransferable. In the end, the player wins his duel and Real Madrid wins the bet and the player.

It is interesting to note that in both cases, Real Madrid is involved and ends up signing the coveted players.

Anyway, the President Nasser Al-Khelaifi can not retain Kylian Mbappe, the institution PSG has everything to lose, athletically, financially and morally. The image of Qatar is at stake because the words possibly pronounced by Kylian Mbappe, who can consider himself as a slave in Paris, will have a very strong echo in Doha because the accusations against Qatar for the soccer world cup in 2022 practicing slavery with immigrant workers to build their stadiums are in all minds.

The president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has every interest in selling Kylian Mbappe.
