SPECIAL NBA : CHICAGO BULLS

The Chicago Bulls is one of these teams that are very difficult to predict what they will do this offseason. Will they try to go all-in beyond a championship ready team to compete for next year’s title or will they try to stay young and develop. If they want to try and win now, they already have guys like Nikola Vucevic and Zach LaVine what they would need is although it seems crazy for a guy like Ben Simmons to win now Philadelphia Chicago has shooters and even its center depends on mid-range shooting having a guy like Ben Simmons running the point finding a guy like Zach LaVine or Nikola Vucevic would benefit the Chicago Bulls tremendously and immediately put them in title contention.

They could even try to make a sign and trade for a premier point guard like Chris Paul if he’s available but trading away some assets and maybe a couple of pics for Ben Simmons would help a lot to possibly raise that 7th banner. The other option for the Chicago Bulls is waiting for the long term and having guys like Vucevic and Zach LaVine will not only prevent the growth of their youngsters but would put them in difficult situations to sign a guy like Lonzo Ball.

Although Coby White has been an average point guard for the Bulls, he is not the future cornerstone type of point guard like Lonzo Ball, and he is also not as talented as him, especially defensively and playmaking-wise. I still believe that players like Lauri Markkanen can be great players in the future they need to be given more of an opportunity and rebuild through the next draft as we all know this year, they had no picks because they traded them to Orlando, and I think building through the draft and having a premier point guard like Lonzo for the future could help the team in the long run.
