The world is facing an unprecedented health crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. There are more than 30.5 million cases worldwide and the number of deaths due to Covid-19 has reached 957,000 by September 18, 2020. The number of new cases has never been so high and new waves are appearing in some countries that seemed to have contained the epidemic.

According to the BBC, there would actually be three times more deaths than in official reports and nearly 42,000 people have already died from the virus. The reopening of schools is controversial in the country.
